first take note that i DO support IMC

this is purely to the ppl that r like “stop complaining”

ok, so. first, this is a Test. we are supposed to go on the forums and tell IMC what is going on or else they would be clueless about all the bugs and lag.

you guys are also annoyed for some of us raging. think for a second, you are supposed to give feedback and tell the state of the game on the forums.

most of the time a simple “fix this pls” thread doesnt work. a strong/pissed thread is WAY more effective than a softer thread. a strong thread will make imc know that we are pissed and that they need to make changes. while a softer thread will make them fix a few things, it wont scare them or influence their thought of how they should fix things. if they know ppl are mad, they will fix it really fast. if ppl r making softer threads, they will be like " ok we arent making ppl mad so we dont have to hurry and this bug isnt too big of a problem".

also, getting mad is a normal human reaction to bugs and lag, even if it was beta or not.

you cant tell me you died on a boss fight bcuz of a freeze and didnt get mad. so then y r u bashing out on ppl who have gotten mad for that like you, but actually stood up for it?

I agree that this is a test, this early access was chosen over an OBT by the players in the community so any issues we may have should be brought to IMC’s attention especially since we now have shown our support by paying for their product.

The issue I personally see from most people who have complaints isn’t in the fact that they are complaining but how they are doing it. In most cases they are rude and thoughtless, or that they make it sound like they already know the solution to whatever problem is going on. In truth most of the people who are complaining have absolutely no idea what they are talking about and it shows in their complaints. These things make it hard to really take the complaints seriously, at least for me, especially since the internet is already filled with trolls.

So while I do agree with you about raising issues I just think that people should at least put more thought into their complaints or else they could come across as just inane ramblings (An example would be the reply from srb19932125).

Completely agree with the OP. The people defending IMC are not doing the game a favor at all. They are doing more harm than good. Complacency destroys production more than a sledgehammer can destroy a car. Sometimes you need someone to give you a firm kick in the rear to motivate you to get something done right/fully.

As a dev myself I’m rather helping people first that tell me there is an issue in a reasonable manner, if possible add info on how to reproduce the problem and all other info they can get in that regard, than a person that goes "IT’S ALL SH*T - IM GETTING A REFUND - YOU’RE WORSE THAN —. For those i’d be like, well, get a refund ***. They can wait or leave, especially if they’re not cooperative.

Some of you guys paid like only $10, that can only get you a single meal at mc donalds, now go and compare the value of what you get.

I don’t know what’s wrong for most of the people.
The only issues i had were 2 of 840 quests i did not working properly, but they were fixed on day 2 or 3.
They already put up 2! extra servers, that doubled the initial server count.
I rarely have bad lag. I didn’t say i never have bad lag, but not very often and it’s mostly gone after an hour or so and that almost only affects NPC dialogue, combat still works fine.

Okay, dungeons not working properly is a little annoying, but i’ve got enough other stuff to do in the game and I’m sure they’ll eventually fix this problem.

Silver/Gold-sellers are a little annoying to, but that’s not truly IMC’s fault, it’s the fault of those a******s that don’t care about ruining the game experience for others.
Name one MMORPG that really got gold sellers under control.
Then we can see what system they use to fight them and maybe that would help.

if the game is not working as intended we have every right to complain about it, infact there must be something wrong with you if you dont…

its as simple as that. noone is attacking your precious little game, we are attacking the functionality of it.

If not: Start a thread and give any info on the problem you have.
If it is: see if there’s some more info you can share on the problem.

That’s the best thing people can do.

yea they did fix some lag but this weekend the server crash… are something like thas… it gonna be fix just go play other game is not only this 1 yea you want to level up faster to the first moron hit cap but take it easy what you gonna do anyway stop playing because you hit cap lvl relax it been 5days god damit

This sh!t attitude is the problem with customer service and feedback.

There’s a difference between giving constructive, valid feedback on issues and whining about how the game doesn’t work the way you want it to. Everything is in the way you word it as well. Someone who’s calm and collected will be far more credible that someone who just wrotes “FCK THIS IS SH!T GAME CANT LOG SO BAD IMC IS SH!T TOS IS SH!T FCK THIS GAME CANT EVN PALY”

Act like an entitled, condescending, unpleasant @sshole and you will have garbage service.
Show some compassion, patience and understanding? I can GARANTY you will get a much better service and response no matter where you call for service or issues.

It’s a human being handling your “feedback” at the other end and chances are their plate is already full, they don’t need your ungrateful ass sh!tting on them on top of it. Chances are, it isn’t his fault your experience is less-than-optimal.
