Very useful, all mobs (excluding new Demon Lords as I haven’t encountered them yet) on all field maps deal 1 damage.
*Nuaele cards subject to availability. Everything else doesn’t need a single run of ET nor a single Practonium; it’s very doable.

I got disheartened, even my guildmate all laughing at me for focusing on cloth set.
So in the end you use windrunner (leather) rather than cloth shoes for 4/4 cloth bonus

The card mdef is not % anymore or is it another feature?
It is percent scaling as per Gm just translation is rubbish.

hasta tunic and pants will move to cleric who using prakeh glove and ready to change plate boots to war mage boots
not very useful since archer can’t heal and running shot doing low damage
i will take a lot of damage anyway + magic mob already nerf, i don’t think i need this set anymore

Thing is, with the stats I’m getting (defense-wise), equipping any kind of Cloth shoes would just be a little overkill; especially for what I do. Plus, the +3 MSPD from Windrunner is just very nice to have overall. If I ever do get any damage higher than 1, then I’ll equip the Vine Boots again (I still carry it around).
Oh and my max Magic Attack can be as low as 2.4K up to 2.8K, while sporting the minimum defense values I mentioned.
With my nearly 3K playtime, I don’t feel the need to flaunt Lolopanther/Practonium gear if I’ll just be lying on the floor after my HP sponge has dried up.
Wink wink, nudge nudge to Red Gem folks that didn’t over-upgrade or transcend.
Side note: All my characters each have their own set of armor and equipment (nothing shared, some are handed down though), just in case one might wonder why I’m seemingly poorly equipped for my playtime.
Prone to dying or dead DPS/support is providing little to no DPS/support.

Every 300+ PVE Cleric and Wizard of mine:
War Mage Chest/Pants/Boots with Lolopanther Gloves, typical yellow/blue gem setup all level 5 star. Nothing transcended. Lionhead Shield. Everything is only +3.
Feels fine using what I have, don’t really take much damage from anything in particular, so I haven’t bothered really improving anything.

I wish the majority of players would even think about putting in, what I perceive as, minimal investment into their gears.
Instead, I see Lv300+ alts dying and crying because they’re wearing Tyla sets while sporting Lv315 Purple Weapons.
Similar to your what you mentioned as well, and for @myself’s benefit, the only change I’ve made to my layout was adding Prakeh Gloves for that 40 M.Def. 
err… arent hasta tunic and pants considered top 3 best armor in the game (solmiki 1st lolo 2nd)? did you buy them or got them from blut cube?
really sad to see any virtov top/bottom user obliged to downgrade to prakeh robe/warmage pants to get better mdef

Using excactly the same set with all my characters (except gloves)
Also have Virtov coth set - very good.

I bought the Tunic for 500K and Pants for 800K because people were so fixated on getting Hasta [plate] or Lolopanther (from market).
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t inherently think [plate] sets are inferior. I just see people going around with +0 and no Gems or just Red Gems in it, making them practically defenseless with just a little more HP.
People think that just because they’re wearing [plate] armor as their base, they’re automatically made tougher.
Ooh look, more HP but low defense! Well, that’s an additional 2 ~ 5 more seconds before you’re dead. Yay?
Every now and then, I still see Hasta Cloth go for around or less than 1M here in Varena.

Exactly. Red gems in Top and Bot are useless and shows lot’s of people still don’t understand this game mechanics. You don’t need HP at all if you have enough Def/Mdef to make all damage “1”.

For me, this is true, but I doubt everyone feels this way. Some can just live with it once it hits them.
Who invests CON in 2017?
I have 20 chars - the most CON I have on couple of them is 40.
I saw high-ranking catagoon in Telsiai TBL wearing full Lolo cloth set.
