that item is actually quite rare, however its collection is considered one that cant be completed. theres 2 collections from rank-7 maps which are considered impossible due to the purple-rank cannon weapons which are required for them and nobody has any confirmed drops for it. (one of them even requiring 10 million silver to craft)
