Thoughts on Ranger C3 and Musketeer [PVP]

I’ve been reading some posts on Reddit about Ranger C3 being weak and no longer a solid option. I have no idea if that’s true or not and that’s exactly why I’m making this post.

I was aiming for a PvP Musketeer build so I planned on going:
Archer C2 > Ranger C3 > Scout C1 > Musketeer C1
or
Archer C1 > Ranger C3 > Scout C1 > Rogue C1 > Musketeer C1

Is Ranger C3 still a viable/solid option for a PvP Musketeer?
Which one of those works better for PvP? Archer C2 due the Swift Step Crit and Heavy Shot or Rogue C1 due the Feint + Barrage (even though it seems really risky to rely on that cheap combo when I have better options as Musketeer)

archer is dead in pvp , missle hole/ausrine/ x7 / spin from cata …v…v… , if you want pvp ? Go reroll Diev3-oracle-kaba-inqui , you just press your buff and you win

Missile hole spreads the archer hole, and cannon2 is better than musk2 for pvp. If you want to pvp with archer, especially with that build that is all missile damage, be prepared to face sages and do 1 damage.
