my prediction is a synergy with the 30% knockdown chance something that enhances basic attacks in some way, and some kind of ranged skill or a multi hit skill that deals insane damage.

i hope they give us a skill with a better hitbox really. tbh quintain and crush have the worst hitbox . I wouldnāt might it being narrow but give us more rangeā¦
Also their animation are underwhelmingā¦ Quintain and Dethrone are like comparing a BB gun and a Shotgun. Would be nice to see at least Crush with a better one. Just so other party members have a Q to when the mob or boss has the -50% def and atk applied
quintain can be hard to hit, when you do hit quintain your enemy is most likely dead after the 2 overheats or almost dead (at least for me)
joust however can 100 to 0 enemies when you lvl the attribute up. even at lvl 3.
joust is best used against enemies who are standing inside safety zone, because not only that they donāt move. also it joust will hit them anyway, at first i thought that safety zone would count as a hit, but it seems like destroying safety zone does not reduce the hit count on humans.
So whenever you are against a cleric who cast safety zone, you should definitely use joust right away

Whats you guys opinion on sacmet? Its got quite some dmg penatly. Should i get the 1handed one instead?
if you are a dragoon get the 1h instead, if you want, or stay with cata pike
i stayed with cata pike, i really donāt like sacmet. The damage penalty is disappointing, very unrewarding.
Gonna have to wait for Regard Horn Pike.

Does Unhorsing work against enemies with Bloodletting?
Yes because its a different mechanism than a normal status ailment.
I will test this anyway but iām almost certain that bloodletting has no effect on it
I know for sure it works against enemies with prophecy.

I am on Sw2>Pelt1> Cat3 > dragoon
I am currently on 260 and i am stuck on which weapon to go next.
I love to have lots of dmg. But sacmet have lots of penatly reduction and doesnt seem attractive.
Any advice on weapons pls?
personally i stayed with cata pike, you can also go with cripple
thing is that regard horn pike is VERY difficult to craft so its not for everyone
Another thing is that i am having 310 dex atm.
Many advised on forum that Red gem was buffed and to go with red gems on weapons.
Even so i think that i do not crit enough. Is red gem really better?
red gem is the best on any stat build in pvp, this is because trying to have more crit, or additional crit attack is pointless since you will not crit in pvp. against proper pvp wizards and clerics with full con.
red gems is indeed the best

Does that means after overall damage it just subtract -225 damage from it? If so it doesnt sound that bad.
Lets say i am doing 5k damage on a mob (without penatly) after calculating the penalty from āAttack against cloth armoer targets - 225ā . I am hitting the mob for 4775 damage

this is true, but still sacmet imo is very unrewarding, if you look at any other 315 weapon no other weapon has that so its disappointing tbh.
