Simple and complex as that, sometimes there are ideas, we would love to see. Here are mine:

Hardcore mode. You die, you are gone. These characters could have a small symbol in front of their names, to show party members the high risk.

Hats have a characteristic unique ability (for example: Kepa Doll hat aggros all Kepa type monsters around you)

Rank 3 classes get a modified costume of the rank 1 class, showing their efforts. Should be more awesome

Rank 3 classes should have hidden or obvious skills/mechanics, that are useful for a good end game build and not just for a certain level range, until exchanged with a higher rank class skill

I would love to see weapon speed modified with dmg. Right now it feels like every weapon hits roughly at the same speed. A 2h sword could hit a little slower, with a small boost to it’s dmg, when auto attacking.
Also, there could be a new stat, that increases attack speed/cast speed and movement speed (reasonably)

Skin color types anyone? From blue to green to dark brown and white

Adequate field mob exp changes = feels really low, even at my early experience of 80+. Maybe i am missing something, but i would change the exp rates to 4-8x as much.

Monks should get fist weapons as a new blunt type and later on maybe unique fist weapons, with piercing attribute

More explanation of effects; i made the five hammer for the high aoe ratio, thinking it would hit like 5+ mobs, when in reality, my reach was increased by a little. Nothing to shoot for, sadly.
Also, the amount of skill uses previewed on a skill would be very helpful. Some skills have 1-3 uses, instead of only 1.

Silver amount shown, when picked up. Right now it adds every piece to a counter, which then is applied to your overall silver. Would be nice to just see a small number in the lower right corner, like “+25”.

Each monster should have a chance added, for calling a “big brother” or a horde, when you kill it. Like when you kill a Kepa, you have a 0.5% chance, that i screams for help and an elite version of the mob appears, with x10 dmg and x100 exp, or 10 Kepas immediately appear around you and attack you.

Low lvl Daggers should be added for lvl 40+

AoE of skills could be previewed in the skill window. Like showing a small symbol (cone, circle, line, square in front, square around …)
