I’ve been killing mobs for a while an yet i’ve never seen any of these rare monster’s some of you all speak of an I was wondering is you guy’s can increase the rate’s a little bit to where they are mostly likely to pop up , or hence if players kill enough of the mob in the area make a special form of that monster so everyone can have some kind of gold, exp, class exp or uniques so no one get’s left out let’s be fair an reasonable afterall the game even though it’s a test is to bring people together let’s totally work on doing that an also what would be interesting to see with card’s those who don’t usually use them they should have placed in weapons an should at least on kind of boss move since soceresses get the whole hoplaaaa or just give certain effects when card’s are applied.

I’ve seen a couple of golden and blue mobs
I’ve seen quite a few of these mobs so far. I maybe average seeing 1 every 5 hours of game time, but it is incredibly exciting when you finally do find one. If the spawn rate were increased, that would reduce the excitement of finding one, don’t you think?
Blue, white and golden mobs were most frequent in the first iCBT, but they decided to make them less frequent with more exp/items/golds.
I just got three white Corylus in a row while questing in Tenet Chapel 1F. (not that Corylus’s even drop anything good QQ)
I also got a single white Vubbe Fighter upon entering Crystal Mine 3F, which is probably the easiest time I’ve ever had getting the blood for the gloves LOL.
It’s all about luck. Lots and lots of dumb luck.
Rare mobs are meant to be rare because they should add a kind of “Legendy” feeling to the mob, I guess.
What I mean is: It’s amazing to have something only YOU got by fighting a mob. If everybody had it too, than it would lose its value.
It’s something to be luck based, really. You just had bad luck.
This is something like finding a Shiny Pokemon, for exemple. But the difference is that the mob in the game is stronger usually.
What I think they should do is just make these mobs have rare drops but something that always drops, for people to show off that they were lucky to fight them. The item maybe wouldn’t even be of any use, but just by having it, would mean you fought this monster and won and that’s a trophy of how lucky you were.
And even more. I think these kind of monsters should appear randomly, but taking weeks or even months!
Making it WAY harder for people to see it.
This would make it something truly UNIQUE and awesome.
Maybe if there was a way for people to show off a Rare mob trophy, it would be awesome!
Okay, now I’m going too far, maybe. But I just thought this trophy should be something wearable. Showing it like a hat or a bandana or something. It shouldn’t have attributes, since this would be something so rare it would end up being something overpower. I think this kind of trophy wearable should have it’s own slot.
Well, that’s just some ideas I thought just now. I don’t know if people would enjoy it, but at least I do love seeing a game offer something unique to the players and creating that feeling of “legend of the mob that lurks in some area”.
Something to get people talking about it like it was a ghost or something. Some people wouldn’t even believe said mob existed.
And even better if this mob couldn’t be registered with Print Screen or anything like that hahaha, but that’s WAY too hard to do, I guess.
