Should they double the blue monster rate but halve its bonus?

I think I seen only three in my whole playing to level 200. I really like the idea of blue mobs breaking the monotonous gaming and keeps your adrenaline pumping when you see one, I mean by doubling its rate but halving it’s bonus it’s practically the same but at least there is a higher chance you will bumped into one.

And while we are at it, can we have more clarity on the blue buff? flashing color is very easily overlooked specially when most buff doing the same thing (damn you zaical) maybe some sparkle effects or a bigger sprite (like thau’s swell)

What you guys think?

well they were actually more common back in CBT 1 , but still rare enough that seeing one gets you excited and instantly triggers your blood lust and shoving everything aside to get to it.

I don’t mind them implementing it like this.

I think a bonus exp is fine as it is right now but spawn rate is bad.
Found once in this area grinding from level 186 > 198
here a clip when I found it

Monster base exp (iCBT 2 normal rate) = 1,100
x2 from event = 2,200
Blue buff x500
total 1,100,000 exp
around 30% at level 198

If OBT use iCBT normal rate I will get around 15% at level 198 it’s still huge, increase spawn rate a bit it will better.

The spawn rates for shinies was way way better back in CBT1. They’re pretty awful now, you usually only see whites on the occasion they do spawn. Makes me miss CBT1.
