There cannot and should not be a discrepancy between KTOS and ITOS class balancing

The CD on skyliner has never been a part of the KTOS version, as far as I was aware.

Nope it had cd in kTEST

so it’s never been on live servers?

The bottom line is it makes no sense to nerf an already weak class.

iTOS has no clue how to balance.

Keep this up iTOS and you lose people.

They need to listen to the player base. We aren’t asking for insanity here either.

Pretty much this, it’s pretty dead in KR…
but don’t take it as the future of our version, MMOs come out in Korea about as often as anime and manga in Japan…

Agreed, game’s biggest strength is the sheer number of class builds but ATM there are so many balance issues it kills the variety. I see so few archers that aren’t just ranger/fletcher, so few wizards that aren’t either w3ele3 or pure support, etc. Game needs more buffs than nerfs, seems like the only changes they put in the international version are nerfs. Including nerfs KR never even got.

+1 I don’t get why the versions have such discrepancies. International tos will obviously always be behind the Korean version but having 2 difference approaches to balance is going to lead to lots of salt.

I think swordies could be good if they just lowered the CDs on their DPS skills…
Stuff like Dragoon, Shinobi, and Doppel get pretty decent DMG out of their skills actually…
the only thing thats hurting them is once they’ve blown their powerfull skills they have to wait 20-90s to reuse it ESPECIALLY if it dosent have an OH.

Which brings me to another point actually…
Why do skills with OH have LOWER CDs then single use skills?..
IMC this logic… please stop…
