I find that the biggest issue I’m having with this experience is that to the people who purchased the $50 pack…we truly lost out. In my opinion the $50 founders pack should have been treated with the highest regard as these members are clearly invested in further purchases and support of the game…but honestly, all those including myself that bought the pack…lost out.
It’s simple to understand how, and I’d really like some attention given to the matter.
In regards to the items in the pack, not only was I and most people unaware that the companion took up a slot in the lodge (unless they played the Korean version) but that we’d be locked onto our server of choice. To the people who purchased the $10 pack they are able to pop into Orsha or Klai to their delight and play when issues arise.
Not only do I have issues with that, but also the stat reset. The item I was completely unaware was unable to be purchased with TP or even found in the game currently as a one time one character use item.
I find the lack of information on such a purchase kind of ridiculous, especially when it’s a one time purchase and people are going to purchase the pack at a discount and redeem it on their server without issues in a few weeks. To me, the individuals that opened their wallet for a company without hesitation should be noted and given some sort of feedback.
