Doubt it, because without Quick Cast, Flesh Cannon is very bad. Though, you still can use Raise. I’d taken Wiz2 instead of Cry1, since it helps a lot for channeling and for Flesh Cannon.

Well, not that hard to see the difference. It casts in half the time you do now and have a 50% extra magic dmg.
Yes. It’s that much difference. wiz 3 works wonders with skills with an high magic atk value. That’s why elelocks and necros chose it so often.
