Follow this video and you can play: Open user.xml in Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\release Edit mode in to 2 with any width and height (img) Open the game Press enter in server list menu After that, immediately press close at the top right and leave the confirmation dialogue open Wait for 5-10 seconds and then press "cancel" in the dialogue You should be in the character selection menu!

Theres no option to change it to HD, only 360, my videos also do that even tho they are in 1080, its a youtube thing.

During our Regular Maintenance today, we’ve implemented a feature to block against Speed Hacks, Bots and any other cheating activities. As a result, if you had modified any files in the client, even if you were not meant to engage in any cheating activities, your client may not work properly.

If any of you had modified any files in the client and your client is not working properly, please repeat the steps below.

Right click on Tree of Savior (English Ver.)Click on PropertiesClick Local Files tabClick Verify Integrity of Game Cache

If this doesn’t work for you, then there is no known alternative solution, but to redownload and reinstall the client for now.

We recommend not to modify any files in the client since that would change the client different from our expectations.

I tried, but it dont work until I changed user and user_c names, adding “.xml” But now I have user_c and user_c.xml, also user and user.xml. And then while I was playing the problem window appeared again while I was changing of map

go to \Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\release and search for Client_tos (10mb file http://s13.postimg.org/vx14gdcnr/screenshot_77.png ), delete it, go back to steam, validate files again (right click over the game name in library>properties>local files> validate ) and have a good game
