I live in Dubai and my average ping is 230, which is, I believe, unplayble.
About 25% of iCBT playerbase was located in Europe. Considering the fact iCBT had 4 servers it’s not such a big deal to open EU server since they are hosted in the cloud. EU server is a must.
I highly doubt IMC plans on failing OBT so hard that it’ll have less players than CBT (It looks like they are capable though)
