The amount of dungeon runs suck

the only way to stop people from rushing dungeons is to remove them, so there is literally nothing for you to complain about. if they reduce the runs to 1 per day people will still rush. so yea, get over it

on the other hand giving us less runs sucks, ill probably get over it though. who knows right?

prices will only stabilize once they remove bots. lets see how well IMC will do.

A possible solution.

Keep dungeons as they are, 2+1.

However, when one is without a party they can enter the dungeon an ADDITIONAL time despite being token user or not. This means that they get one more chance to try and get the loot they desire and they can rush it all they want since they’d be alone. However the system is still limited because these items are meant to be rare and when you’re at the point of soloing dungeons you’re vastly over-leveled.

or, like i said in my OP, make a shop near the dungeons that sells their items, possibly for talt or some dungeon token, so people can still get items if they run the dungeon and have no luck

people are actually not using their dungeon runs for optimal exp gain full clear random queues?

These are the people who think you need to grind in this game i bet
ever since they added a bunch of extra card sources and the 600% queue bonus, there is no grinding

It’s a solution definitely but it’d step on the toes of those who were lucky enough to get meme dagger and are trying to profit off it for example.

I personally would like it as the literal best prize I’ve ever gotten from a dungeon was a card.

there is grinding, at around 170ish people need to grind. the 2 runs are not enough and exp cards and quests will run dry, the dailes will become worse and worse with higher levels as they only give out lvl 5-6 cards. most of the people that complain about spawn rates are at these level ranges, since they are competing for channels and spots in the few viable areas.

some people choose to farm the lvl 90 dungeon, if they get lucky, they get tons of money to upgrade and grind even faster.

Exactly my thoughts. I don’t wanna spend ■■■■■■■ 5 hours a day to get the same amount of experience are you ■■■■■■■ kidding me, why the ■■■■ would anybody suggest this crap.

There is none. Provided you get the mob exp card achievements for each zone starting with level 8 cards, do random 600% missions and dungeons each day, and make sure you do all of your dailies.

While you could claim that completing the monster exp card achivements is a form of grinding, and i would be inclined to agree, there is no more need for ‘grinding groups’ grinding at locations anymore, which is a shame because i find DP to be a comfy zone thats fun, but fun always gives way to efficiency in mmos.

depends on the pace honestly, hardcore players are shafted, but the more casual ones get to do their stuff

i dont know if you’ve browsed the forums or reddit, but there seems to be heavy complaints about the spawn rates. people want to grind and progress as fast as possible but its too hard / tedious at this point.

Solution to your problem? Nerf that dagger. The reason why it is so expansive is because it is too powerful.

But in my opinion?Rare gear should be rare. It requires effort, time and some luck. Some people get the gear, some don’t. I don’t have it, and I have no problem not having it. Do I need it? Hell yes, I am a full support and really lacking on damage when soloing. This pain is why when a good gear drops, it is so rewarding. Think of Ro or Diablo 3, when you have everything you want and need at ease (if you think doing 5 runs, or 10, or 20 dungeon runs per day is hard, no its not.), what is the motivation of pushing on? If I am the decision maker in IMC, I will make rare gear even rarer. The stander gear is NPC shop gears and white gears loot are consider good gears. TOS is not a fast food MMO, or at least that is what I hope.

LONG LIVE TOS

How did this become an arde dagger discussion?

The amount of dungeon runs was based on KToS feedback where people did dailies/dungeons and logged. The nickname “Tree of Dungeon” comes to mind…

Hey guys, what about instead of the crazy exp dungeons give, we had level restricted dailies and remove the dungeon run limit?
This would require some drop rates adjustments, but hey, if I want to repeat this game feature all I want just for the fun of it, it would be great I actually could!

There is already level restricted dailies…I mean, once you reach lv100 you can do up to 5 dailies that scales with your current level.

We could have that from lv50 and remove the dungeon run limit. Plus we adjust all other missions to compensate for this change.

Or…

We add a lower exp and lower drop rate version of dungeon that has no run limit  ?

What is so beneficial on having unlimited runs with nerfed exp and drops? The amount of talts you could get daily? Also, the amount of runs is per character, so you can do up to 8 (+4) runs per day if you have 4 characters.

Having the chance of enjoying the content you like the most. Running dungeons in this case. You can create a different box for all I care and not make talt the highest drop-able item.

Lol what Itos is just full of funky players.
I remember Ardes going for like 120k 280k in Ktos in January, y’all trying to jack it up to flipping 1 mil. Itos is hilarious with their love of this weapon. Then they reach 170 the next day or in three days and are like “well I need to get some real gear because everything is hitting hard, wheres Venom, wheres Karacha”.

Personally i don’t mind the 2 instance entries.

However, instead of being 2 instance entries total per day wish that it’d be 2 entries for each instance per day. So level 115 parties for example like to do instances can do 2 Historic Site Ruins runs and 2 Monument of Desire Dungeon runs per day.

Since there is usually only one instance in level range at any time that gives good EXP it would not make leveling faster, however it would give higher level people more to do, since they could do 2 runs of each instance per day for grinding low-level instances for gear/recipies (that they can sell, for example, more supply in the auction house) or just for fun.

Those who don’t like instances could still ignore it, however it would give people who rather do instances than open world more than just 2 total entries per day.

Once the game gets released there will be tons more people in the open world anyway, so no harm in letting people do more instances.
