I was wondering the same cause I remember not having to grind at all til very late in the game from beta. And judging from how things are going it doesn’t look like I’ll have to grind any time soon now either (but I’m only lvl121 now)
2 for normals. 3 for vips.
And still that’s good exp…
A nice AND friendly party, would wait with the boss kill. Till everyone is back and alife.
A bad one will kill it, even if only 1~4 people are there.
Each one missing… makes the others get more exp…
people don’t understand that this is a grinding game, just grind maps, collect materials for recipes o sell then in the market, just do anyting, all gives experience, this is a korean grind game
Ijust grind from 160 to 165 doing randon maps and then use my cards to reach lvl 185 if you dont save your cards was your fault
Yeah. On my side: I’m now 153 in the game. I still have left over level 6 Exp cards and haven’t touched my level 7 cards, whereas in the beta, I used up all of the level 6 and around 20 level 7 just to survive the Main Chamber long enough to get to 130. I still had enough level 7s back then to reach 175, even when people told me that I couldn’t use a single one, or I’d be stuck. All I did was do dungeons, and the presence of the level 145 dungeon makes getting to 160~165 much easier now.
I’m hoping that in a few months, the community actually comes to a consensus on how to get to 200 with the least effort. Most importantly: if extensive grind really is needed, or if it’s just the ‘pro-grind’ players using scare tactics and wanting others to play the game their way.
The game is starting to sound like riding a motorcycle, where you have many people giving different advice on how to ride because they can’t teach how to feel. It’s nowhere that complicated for ToS since everyone gains the same amount of Exp. It should be possible to set a method that if followed from A to Z, will get you to the desired level.
@lazeruski
Blame imc :
Even back then, some us were asking for better density… Guess what they did ?
people don’t understand that this is a grinding game
with maps where you can find like 10 enemies that have 15 minutes respawn time, and you need to kill 1000 of them for a levelup?
yup, I am now lvl 126 I haven’t touched any cards from lvl4 onwards, search party gives me decent exp from dungeons and mission, if I do 3 dungeons and 3 missions I get at least 5 lvls/day. (yesterday I got 6 but I expect it to go a little slower since I’m getting closer to that 136 lvl reset). Sill doesn’t feel bad, at this rate I won’t need to use cards any time soon.

See, for each person who says what you say, there is someone else who says the Demon Prison grind is not required. Which side is telling the truth? Who is actually trying to help, and who is just trying to make others play the game their way?
Let’s face it, not everyone enjoys the grind, especially in Demon Prison and Dina Bee Farm with all the KSing going on. As the game stands, there are ways to have a smooth quest based progression to level 200 or so with minimal or no grind at all. Then again, that depends on whether one considers spamming dungeons and missions as grind.
I personally haven’t done Demon Prison grind at all, and I won’t even have to with the amount of cards the game gives, as well as missions and dungeons to get me up to a safe level to use my cards again.
This is why more confirmation is needed. We’re not in iCBT2 anymore.
if i remember i just grind in demon prison 1 level, the rest between questing and runing dungeon reach lvl 172 then use SOME LVL 7 CARDS and start doing the dung 175, with that you fly to 185-186 and after the exp reset you fly again to lvl 200
Better density… of palyers right?
xD
They didn’t listen what denisty they should increase.
But as said.
IMC slows us down. So we don’t end up on nearly no endgame too fast.
Not that effective… but it works for casuals.
Why no love to demon prison 2… it’s double the exp and has a sweet event xD… and AN actually EASY Worldboss to kill.
Harpeia is such a … ehh … stormy girl.
Btw…now imagine the 3 month headstart. Everyone would be max lvl by then, even with this 160-186 grindfest.
unless they increase the levelcap during these 3 months
Thats just plain incorrect. The 160 dun gives like 5% each run.

Yep iam doing that i have lots of exp cards more than 84kk exp, but i plan on using them later.
I get around 110% exp with token + 3 mission runs at lvl 163.
And while i wait for daily reset i am finishing the Vibora achievements and collections.
And trying to get the damn petaminion with the 3 dungeon runs… 43 kill’s no peta yet.
At first when I started playing I was like…
“Oh I just wanna hit level 130”
then I got the hang of it I’m now like…
“Maybe 175 is nice”
But I’m still not satisfied… eventually I’m like
“I’ll take it slowly once my level starts with 2”
“I’ll just hit rank 7 then I’ll stop”
and so on and on…
Now I’m like almost level 270 ._.
@OP
You can do it!
@lazeruski
clearly there is a problem with your progression through the game,
As there are enough cards to even be overleveled.
You probably didn’t do all the quest in your way to 160.
If you do all the quests explore maps and get the easy mob kills cards (there are easy ones, 60, 70, 100 kills) you will have enough.
I’m currently at lvl 177 doing quests at Glade Hillroad (173), and I stopped using my cards to not get my level much higher than the map, I still have 108 lvl 8 cards. Never had to grind.
actually…im over that gap now. im almost 225 now or something like that.
yes, there are a lot of cards, and i missed a lot of them because the npc is not marked. I noticed that after testing the betterquest addon, which showed me how much i missed.
Now i have finished every single “not hidden” quest, reached the end of the quest- content, so all i have left is missions, dungeons and grind. Currently leveling up an Alchemis though
