Thaumaturge transpose skill does not hold the healed HP

Good day

I love playing tree of savior, i come from Ragnarok Online, i made myself a thaumaturge by first simulating this rank´s skills but i have this problem with the transpose skill, since the skills never said that the health was gonna reset to it´s original state, i assumed that it was going to stay the same until the duration of the skill ended, i made my character from 0 hoping that it was gonna be this way and the health wouldn’t go back to my base HP, why is it made like this?, is this gonna stay the same for the thaumaturges??

Well, what happens is if you have alot of con and use transpose, you dont actually heal. Your max hp decreases, but your health stays the same.

If you have alot of int and use transpose, your max health increases, but current health still stays the same also.

At least thats how i read it worked… im going thaumaturge, but havent hit it yet.

my friend, you didn’t understand what i was referring to, when you use tranpose, your base hp increases, you can heal the amount of hp that increased, but if you use tranpose one more BEFORE the skill duration is finished, ur healed hp burns down to ur original base HP that you had before

I think you missunderstood how this spell works.

So, basicly, it changes your basic int with your basic con. After use, it checks both of your stats and swap the numbers. After you recast them it do the same - check your basic stats and swap the numbers.

Let me try to do an example. You’ve 5000hp and 25 con and 35khp and 425 con after transpose. If you re-cast it, it quickly goes back to 25 con for check, and switch to 425. But while it checking on basic number it also return your health to your maximum of 25 con.

Although, as trauma myself, i would like to have myself fully healed after re-casting ^^

Hi, i play tanks here in tree of savior, i have a circle 3 peltastra and it does happen in that class as well, to i assume to prevent skill snapshoting they coded it in the way they check basic stats and then increase them, but that tick or frame (depends on your engine) is not updating at the same speed, and the buff is lost for a tick hence the loss of hp. I really dont get why is this a inteded mechanic since the whole pruporse of the build is to hold the constitution changes and overlap the buff to prevent the loss of hp that will result in a kill during a pvp match. Im a game developer as well and I think that you can prevent skill snapshoting without losing the buffs for a tick. This emerging mechanic that the buff is lost for a tick and then gained is not very good. I recomend you guys to check on this couse is not only thraumaturge that do this most of the skills are lost for that tick and gained again and if in pvp that happens it will result on unfair loses of matches or GvG.

About this skill, i think it should be fixed too, how is it that if you get ur max hp you would have to get healed again?, the healer has to care for the tank and the linker has to care for the healer, this situation indeed is decreasing the efficiency of the party, please staff, fix this problem

There’s some balance with not healing after transpose, it would be OP, but I just can’t understand why we can’t keep HP if we recast it before expiring, that’s really annoying -_-

Pretty sure its meant to incentivise taking more circles for the increased duration on transpose. 1 circle for permanent int/con swap would be really op for wiz no? (Haven’t played thaum BTW)
