They need to fix these bugs and implement anti-bot measures, like any other good MMORPG does, not implementing these types of stupid restrictions.
But, if IMC likes loosing money, they can continue. No problem for me.

It only applied to some accounts, not those who actively spend TP, so if u an active TP spender you are fine.
So far on my history i only bought the founder pack, 500TP last month and 300TP yesterday (iām a returning player) and iām not restricted to spend more. I have tested by buying a tome after i bought the new 10+1 blessed cube (9+300 TP).
I have asked GM Peach in Telsiai and she said the new rule did not affect free TPs.
Iād rather have it if they at least pumped it up to 500 TP. Considering they just released goddess cubes this maint, itās like theyāre cuck blocking their own product.
I stopped using TP 4 months ago, and I got the restriction. Considering I used to spend at least 500 TP per month before the combat changes, went off for a bit then resumed said TP spending, I find it unfair that IMC considers my spending mediocre.
Guess itās their way to know whoās spending on them, or for āfraudā as they say, but this TP limit is fending off new TP spenders
probably a million kids stole mommies credit cards and got away with what they bought cause they spent all the TP , this way they can refund it
It is hard to implement anti-bot measures since the accounts are created using Steam and payment is via Steam too. If they donāt implement measures such as this it will affect their sales more too as credit card companies processes chargebacks IMC probably wouldnāt get a single cent from those fraudulent accounts.
The amount isnāt low, given the low probability of a player getting a windfall from a silver chest. And we see it every now and then over the past months.

looks like gm gave you wrong info again. this spending limit apply to free TPs also.
I bought far more TPs than waht you stated in your post and you know what? I got hit by the spending limitā¦ what a joke!!!

They do have a method to lift the restriction by sending them a tix. A rather roundabout way but it is a temporary measure in attempt to stop fraudulent accounts.
Seems like we have to make do with this until they come up with a better, permanent way to stop exploiters. Not really user friendly to us but at least it slows the exploits down while giving more time for better measures to be implemented.

Most accounts will not even be affected by TP spending restrictions.
However, if you do receive a message about reaching the monthly TP spending limit and would like it to be removed, please send in a Support Ticket under āPaymentā >> āReset TP Spending Limitā

Well, if thatās what happened then you really need staff attention. As you can see my purchase history is not great and if i got the pass, then you should got it too.

The fact that some of the legit accounts are affected means that IMC is doing something wrong.
You are actually asking people who spent money on the game to come on the forums and ask for your permission to use it.
Itās not like the restriction has always been there and everyone was aware. If such feature does not work as intended then donāt implement it at all.

Like the others before me who submitted a ticket requesting for the Reset TP, how long does it take before this thing gets processed? I seriously hope they get to address this issue while thereās still a goddess cube. I mean, considering how much of a pain it is to buy a stat reset potion due to the ungodly amount of medals needed (which can be obtained by exchanging items from goddess cubes), I detest the idea that I have to wait 3 months just to buy that stat reset potion.
I got hit by the spending limit and I canāt use the free TP to buy even 1 soul crystal or mega phoneā¦
Furthermore, I purchased 900+90TP thinking i should not get hit by this bullshit but right now I have 700++ TP in my Varena account and I canāt use it (my quota got used up after bought 1 goddessāblessed cube)ā¦
