I think they meant you can expend a max of 300 TP per month which mean that you can waste 10 TP per day, try buy a megaphone to see if it allow you? I would be funny if you can buy 1 and then nothing till tomorrow.

Did you spend TP before the restriction was implemented, not just recently on the scrolls?

Send a ticket here under “Payment” and “Raise TP Spending Limit”:

https://treeofsavior.com/page/support/

Ask them to remove or at least confirm your restriction.

it’s almost like they don’t want me to buy tp anymore. really? now I have to send a ticket if I wanna buy a token? pfft

Whales are getting too big in TBL so they put restrictions down

You can either send tickets to ask them for permission to give them more money or just don’t spend anymore.

IMC wants to track the whales so they can be added in the VIP list.

If you find that a TP spending limit has been applied to your account and want this restriction to be removed, kindly send a ticket via our Support page under the “Payment” >> “Reset TP Spending Limit” category so we can verify and process your request individually.
Please note that this TP limit applies only to how much TP an account is allowed spend in-game. It does not restrict the amount of TP that players are able to purchase on Steam.

@Ethiliel
Please do send us the ticket under “Payment” and "Raise TP Spending Limit"
We will check and can verify

I dont really understand it, but after a few hours, I was able to spent TP. It’s working atm, but i ll see how for how long. i ll send a ticket next time if the bug ll be back

Yeah but if we can’t spend it, why would we buy any? Do you guys test a single thing before implementation? Now you won’t even take my money.

The description made it seem like it was based on the age of the Steam account–which I actually think is a great idea. Problem is, mine is old as dirt and the restriction is still bugged.

Just saying, restricting how much they can actually buy based on how new the steam account is, is probably a better tactic if you’re trying to sort out fraudulent accounts. They can still spend whatever they buy before the account is flagged.
Also, the spending is bugged… Tried spending my free 5 TP that you get daily today and got blocked.
Definitely bugged, as my steam account has been around for a while and I haven’t bought TP for a while.
Might want to re-think this issue and how to implement it… @STAFF_Amy
And before you tell me to send in a ticket about my being blocked, I already have, along with my suggestion.

it’s not bugged for me. I was too impatience to read the sign that says how much tp I have left to spend for the month.

So I put in a ticket and this was the response:

Thank you for contacting us and bringing this matter to our attention. With the recent patch and updates we have made some changes to our TP restrictions.

Kindly check the links below for more information on the reason why we have done such changes.

Thank you for playing Tree of Savior!

Should you have any other concerns please let us know.

@STAFF_Amy Thanks for nothing. Guess you don’t want my money after all.

HI GM, Please look into my ticket. I sent one yesterday regarding lifting my spending limit. Thanks

Well I decided not to buy TP anymore - why should I have to work with a company to take my money. SquareEnix takes my money without me having to beg them.

Dear @STAFF_Amy
Let me understand correctly: I can purchase a 900 TP Pack on Steam, but I can only use 300 TP ingame? Are you really serious about this? Do you really think people will continue to give you money, buying TP to only use 300 TP ingame after this?

Do you really think people will beg you to remove these type of restriction?
