That strange 300 TP-restriction is already bugged

idk it restrictions to me or not.

The fact that some of the legit accounts are affected means that IMC is doing something wrong.

You are actually asking people who spent money on the game to come on the forums and ask for your permission to use it.

It’s not like the restriction has always been there and everyone was aware. If such feature does not work as intended then don’t implement it at all.

Like the others before me who submitted a ticket requesting for the Reset TP, how long does it take before this thing gets processed? I seriously hope they get to address this issue while there’s still a goddess cube. I mean, considering how much of a pain it is to buy a stat reset potion due to the ungodly amount of medals needed (which can be obtained by exchanging items from goddess cubes), I detest the idea that I have to wait 3 months just to buy that stat reset potion.

I got hit by the spending limit and I can’t use the free TP to buy even 1 soul crystal or mega phone…

Furthermore, I purchased 900+90TP thinking i should not get hit by this bullshit but right now I have 700++ TP in my Varena account and I can’t use it (my quota got used up after bought 1 goddess’blessed cube)…

I have waited more than 24 hrs already. how much longer do you guys needed to remove the spending limit on me?

Maybe if they started banning bots’ accounts…
There are lots of bots with the penguin pet. Which means those bots accounts have been around for at least two months. Why have bots accounts been allowed to exist for this long ?

While I don’t think this solution is completely bad, the thing is that the way it’s being done is terrible. Lots of people are blocked even though they shouldn’t (I know people who have been spending since EA so there’s no way their Steam account should be blocked, but they were anyway), and what’s the only solution ? To go on their official site to send a ticket.
Sure, it’s nothing too complicated, but most people want to spend right away. They buy IG currency, they want to spend it right away. Not wait for hours or days before the restriction is lifted.
Can’t they at least add a button IG that sends one directly on their official site, to the support/ticket section ?

It goes back to most anti-bot solutions until now: they’re mostly hindering players.
I’m really not against this kind of solutions though, it’s just like always it’s badly thought (and maybe buggy ?) and really annoying for the clients.

IMC is surely milking hard.

They are called Whale Shark because of their size and the way they are feeding, but their class is Chondrichthyes, while whales are mammalia. So it’s still a shark not a whale, same as a coconut is not a nut :wink:

So I already had my ticket answered.
Apparently my account doesn’t have a monthly spending limit.
After that answer I tried to buy 4 cube bundles but still get the message about exceeding the limit … hmm …

I got the same answer to my ticket too - saying my account doesn’t have a monthly spending limit.
After I received answer to my ticket, I tried to spend TP in game but still get the same warning msg preventing me to use any TP…

I have the same problem. Recieved a ticket response saying I’m not under restriction, but I am. I can’t spend my TP. I sent another ticket, but as it took like 26 hours for the last one to get a reply, I’m guessing it won’t be resolved for a while.

Yea, I think the “whale” in “whale shark” is meant to be the adjective like “Big shark” or “Angry shark” or “Hungry shark”, so they shouldn’t be called “Shark whales”. Otherwise we might as well start calling things “Shark Bigs” or “Shark Angries” or “Shark Hungries”.

Back on topic: IMC, this is what you get for not being harder on bots. Seriously, there are so many ludicrously obvious bots always running the same routines with the same set ups for months and they never get banned because I see the same bot accounts playing the game after months! Sheesh.

In the English speaking part of the web we have a saying “not my job”. This really seems like one of those situations where the boss made a bad call and no on felt any obligation to tell him he screwed up. If I was working on this it would have been obvious to me that this was going to cause problems.

And on that note I got to go setup a support ticket because of this.

We’re back down to 4k population after killing it with the combat revamp/respec event. I refuse to believe that your whole office didn’t see problems coming with the last three big screw ups. If you just whispered in the bosses ear or sent him an anonymous memo you could have saved so much of your population. That, or hired a functioning quality assurance team.
