Why those restrictions?
Because of the kind of people that buy like 100 tokens and then throw them out for compensation and TP or just to screw with market Sell & Demand prices 
You can’t trade the token bought from market just fyi
Will this apply for the whole account or per character? I’m up for whole account restriction. No reason to buy multiple tokens per day anyway unless you make a living selling tokens.
What is this actually mean?

still no compensation limit for tokens… i guess imc really loves money, even if it means possibly breaking the game.

If am correct it means that your lvl 50 (random low lvl #) character won’t be able to buy token even if you have a lvl 200 (random high level #) character on the team…
or something like that

So if I have
lv 250
lv 160
lv 130
lv 30
then use lv130 or lv30 char to purchase a token I will be get hit by a limitation (1 token per 24 hours) I can’t purchase another token with high lv char until that limitation got expired on the other hand if I use lv 250 or lv 160 char I can purchase a token as much as I can
is this right?
Or it is just a limitation per character as you said.
Rather, it depends on which character is buying the token.
What i understand is any character below 150 will only be able to buy 1 per day, and any above 150 can buy unlimited times.
Would probably mean that even if you have 150+ character you still cant buy more than 1 per day on your low leveled ones. 150+ still can buy unlimited.
Token benefits are for the whole account.
I dont see any reason to buy tokens on different character other than having too much TP and not knowing where to spend it all on, or just in dire need of silvers or stuff that people want to trade for Tokens. In the early days Arde was worth 1 or 2 Tokens.

A. Characters under level 150 will only be able to purchase 1 Token every 24 hours
for what I can understand the limitation is only for characters that are under 150, so in your case…
lv 250 = can buy without limitations
lv 160 = can buy without limitations
lv 130 = can only buy 1
lv 30 = can only buy 1
unless they made a mistake on notes or am mistaken and it shares the limitation between all lower levels characters…

They just updated there announcement
- Example :
A level 10 character will not be able to purchase more than 1 Token per day even if there is a level 200 character in the team.

You are correct in your assumptions. Any character over level 150 will be able to purchase without limitations. Any character under level 150 will have limitations.
These limitations are on a character by character basis across all teams in a players account. Therefore, even if you have a level 280 character in your team, this does not mean characters that are lower level will be able to purchase more than 1 Token per day.
