People could use many ways to consume the illegal silver… buy attributes, rerrol solmiki/velco cubes, buy npc stuffs then sell later for safe silver, consume buying consumables, blesseds transcending, enchanting weapons (nice opportunity to upgrade some primus weapons to try +16+, etc. How can we believe everyone with illegal silver will be banned or at least removed?

How can they make you believe it? Run a list of all offenders?
How would we know its a true list?
That’s my point. Even if they know everyone who earned illegal silver, some people couldn’t have the illegal silver to they remove from their account and they become unable to remove all the illegal silver. Só what will they do in these cases? Ban?
@STAFF_Yuri could imc track all illegal silver? what actions will be made if someone has less silver available than the earned with illegal ways? in this case, they could take an advantage above others players because of this.
@STAFF_Yuri Can you please check again about Attribute points being bought by illegal silvers? Some people still get away for free with maxed attribute from this whole mess.
Another maintenance and I continue without my silver and without half of the items… I had 850kk and now only have 100. I did not sell anything above the price and many people who sold it, remain unpunished.
I had sold 30kk armors each, before this all and they did not come back to me. I had sold some 300 blesses gem before this all, and back just 100 to me …
Players who used the silver to attribute points or another things, continue with the maximum attributes and more…

How will we account for silvers/items lost ?
I did not receive the items back and silvers are gone too
Also checked with buyer the items are still with him
Not fixing this will cause a spiral of honest players losing faith in the staff. It would not be healthy for our already toxic server if everyone started going afk in dgs and cms. Or even worse exploit bugs and hacks whenever there is a chance since it´s cleary not worth being honest taking the example of what just happened this week.

Honestly, I am quite upset.
It’s been a long while since I last logged in to Tree of Savior. I came back to this game because I have a friend that’s very curious about it (and liked it a lot!) and we’ve been playing together for the past 5-6 days on Silute. I had some old items (such as that Black Clover Hat and a Wizard C3 costume, which is now called something like Wizard Special Costume) that I wished to sell so I could afford those new attribute points on my recently-created character - which I was leveling with my friend. I checked the market, sold some blessed shards and other stuff I got (such as a single Practonium piece I got from those cubes) to help him afford a nice weapon to level (around 220, 270) and also find one myself so we could do stuff.
I did all that past weekend. Monday, according to my friend (who was online during the shout chat conflict), someone bought my costumes from the Market (none of either at a high price, in fact, my Wizard C3 was the cheapest) while I was at work. When I arrived home, I found out the game went into maintenance - and that’s ok, stuff like this happens and such measures are expected - and waited patiently for it to come back so we could give it another run, try new builds and new classes.
Only to find out I’m banned (not sure if permanently or not) because, probably, of one of those transactions, as I barely used the market at all.
We’ve given up playing for today and decided to wait for whatever comes. It’s just a pity that this is how I am welcomed back to the game and his first impression of how things work around here. I’m not even after any compensations, you know? I just wanted to log in and do my things. Level an Inquisitor.
The game only just recently came back online. As stated in the opening post, many users are still temporarily locked out of the game in order for the staff to sort through your account and make sure everything is in order.
Most accounts that are currently restricted would have been so only temporarily in order for us to carry on with our silver retrieval process as mentioned above.
It is most likely that your account has not been permanently banned so we must ask for your patience in waiting for us to complete the retrieval process.
Yeah, I know, Staff Ines quoted me that earlier on this same topic. It’s just that I really didn’t expect to be caught in this crossfire. But, eh, whatever. I’ll just stay and wait.
They updated the announcement:
“All accounts that were omitted from our retrieval process are currently under a temporary restriction, which will be lifted in approximately three hours. We will let you know when the retrieval process is complete through the announcement and we will also make sure to deliver additional compensations should there come to a need for the processing time to be extended further.”
