Team Battle League Points After Reset

Bug Description :
The rankings just resetted, but within 9 minutes, some players are able to obtain 1179 (rank 1). It is impossible to play so many games in just 9 minutes, even if they are won consecutively. Are there any exploits involved? Please do a thorough check and update the rest of the player base

  2. Look at the rankings at 4.09am EDT

The points did not actually reset for Varena players.

FYI I have already submitted a support ticket and was acknowledged that the development team was informed. However, I have received concerns from fellow players who have seen my post, but have yet to make any rectifications to the rankings. It is best that you give an announcement to update the situation for everyone.

Actually, other players have also noticed the discrepancy. Most of them are Varena players. Hence, we came to the conclusion that Telsiai points were resetted but not Varena. I did queue with the above players and they were all from Varena.

I hope you can rectify the matter as soon as possible, as it greatly affects the outcome of the event.

As per my above reply, I suggest your first step is to check whether the Varena players did have their points resetted or not. This error seems highly probable, which might be attributed to server/algorithm issues.

We are nearing the end of the event with 2 days left. Still no updates about this issue? It is very unfair for the other players.

I hope that you can rectify this soon and not just let it determine the event “winners”. It will definitely have a huge detrimental impact on your company’s credibility and reliability, since much more players are now aware of this.

It’s either they don’t understand the urgency or simply they don’t give a sh!t lol

im Gen4 though all points in VARENA did not reset. pls dont just pin it on us(me and ghostz). im just playing for points i dont need to cheat or whatever.

That was the initial post. Because of your top ranking, it is easier to spot u guys. However in the same post, I did mention that it is a Varena issue.

oh ok its just that i read the GM’s response that they will investigate the player’s log i feel like i did something bad lol. i actually dont care about ranks i just want lvl 2 abrasives.

Honestly, this is highly disappointing on how the issue is being dealt with. I guess the player base should not expect any corrections for the event, as it will be over in less than half a day. The same attitude is reflected in various other issues in the game as well. As a company, this behaviour and response is very inappropriate, and you have just succeeded in losing more customer confidence. Instead of focusing on profit (i.e. formulating more TP items), the greatest concern to a gamer is stability. Less stability equals less players, which equals less profit irregardless of your TP items. Keep that up and your game will wither very soon.

I hope you can do something to improve your internal operations.

its over and no move from IMC . They just reply on posts but never actually do anything about it, a great game will die soon. Im sorry.

@gengen ikr apparently they did make changes in the upcoming changelog. But what is the point of making the change after the impact? =.= I really do not understand the logic behind the decision making process. Was it that hard to implement a hotfix? Or does everything (even urgent ones) has to wait until maintenance day?
