The points did not reset again for some players. I managed to take screenshot of the points before and after reset. So please IMC do something about these players.

This is so disappointing until we do not even expect anything from IMC. no expectations = no disappointment =.= how regretful that your customers have to feel like this

PLS RESET all points agaaaain . its hard to find a match with highpts =_=
@gengen based on their lousy algo, you will be paired with lower mmr to get a decent average value. GOOD LUCK TO U HAHA!
queueing takes 15 mins - 20 for 1 fight for me which commonly results to a loss =-= so im only cashing 15pts in dedicated time

Problem wasn’t solved guys. Rankings still screwed with no reset for Varena players. GOOD JOB IMC! I’m not usually sarcastic but this is just so appalling. No faith anymore.
well i can take it if only the rankings are the problem but hell no. lol, cant access anything. their patchnotes should include bugs and not new contents
On behalf of the player base, we have given plenty of time for you to resolve the issue. It has been almost 2 weeks but the issue still has not been resolved. Many people are losing motivation to PVP as the rankings are not even reflective of the true points or competition.
Could you kindly give us an update on the progress of the solution, instead of keeping the playerbase in the dark?

The rankings didn’t work in SEA as well. After maintenance, its working again. BUT the rankings still does not reset for some people
i don’t know why but i am not surprised that it’s still an issue 
i really appreciate threads like these.
