My class is Cannoneer,Lv.255,Full-Dex.
Every1 known you get balanced when you in PVP Area.
All equip additional property is useless.
The stats have reduce at the ratio.
BUT NOT FOR Critical Resistance.
Critical Resistance=CON,it never change whether inside or outside of PVP Area.
So you do Critical Attack for Warrior,Cleric,Wizard very rare in PVP Area even you are Full-Dex stats,cause they have 150-200 CON at least,even Archer have 100 CON too.
For the other side,Block Penetration,every classes equip Shields expect Archer in PVP Area.
So High Str is more useful than Dex,you have more base atk,enough Block Penetration,you can kiil Warrior,Cleric,Wizard more easily.
However,Full-Dex for PVE is amazing,That’s all.
no because your flee and accuracy still gets carried over (i am not an archer but as someone who has 125 points invested into dex there are those full dex builds where i miss)
probably even better to ahve more dex in pvp than in pve

this is because most crit resistance comes out of con
and the evasion that gets reduced is from gear.
everyone else’s accuracy is decreased as well, not really a big issue.
really depends on the class tbh, some classes need more str than others
because str is ONLY for block pene, there are classes that can get through that.
But from an archer’s pve perspective, dex is better especially now with the rank 8 base damages. Especially since cannoneer is a dex class.
Now if i were to play a class like SR i would probably go for more str oriented.
