[Swordsman] Full DEX is still the best build for everything?

how long does it last?
what are the rewards for winning gvg?

What about enemy guilds? Do they have to accept the war? Or you can simply declare the war at any moment and start destroying their tower?

And how to end the war? What are the consequences?

once declared war, it is 1 week. and after 1 the week, you cannot declare war with the same guild again. that is called 1 week rest period.

there is a cancel war scroll only usable by templar.

no reward for any win side or lose side.

So is there any way to avoid participating in a war? For example if your GM is absent, any guild can declare a war on you and you won’t be able to avoid it? And is there any limit on number of guilds that can declare a war to you at the same time?

no way to avoid it. any side of templar declared the war and the GvG war will be instantly begun

as i know so far, 10 guilds are maximum limit a templar can go war with.

Sounds pretty frustrating. I already imagine alliances of 10 guilds declaring wars to each other in order to avoid being suddenly attacked)

I think wars should be fun for both sides with proper rewards or at least with something like “war seasons” when you can chose to take part in it or not and with great rewards in the end for the best 10 or 20 guilds.

Right now it seems it’s not very profitable to sign in a guild because you can suddenly be attacked by other guild when you logged in simply to relax. And such if two guilds are at different time zones, then one can simply attack another while most of the members are sleeping unprepared.

I see too much downsides in this system right now.

now is alpha state. there is another mode call GvG territory war (like RO1). it has an account icon there at the certain time, but it seems not fully implemented yet.

@jinfin @Derael Well… the guild I’m in currently plans on killing every heretic in ToS.

It’s pretty annoying that I can’t declare war on every guild available but I guess that’s just a feature that was added. Although, In the early set-up of the servers, there wouldn’t be a lot of guilds so it’s pretty nice to start killing people at that time.
