Swift Step: Critical Rate vs Critical rate from items

Hi,

Swift Step: Critical Rate max atribute take all your critical rate into the +25% bonus?

which one is the rigth:

1 - I have 100 critical rate from DEX and level bonus, plus 100 critical rate from gems and equips. I use Swift Step with Critical Rate max. While the buff is active I got 250 critical rate.

2 - SAME as above, but the buff only works on the 100 critical rate from DEX, so I got only 225 critical rate.

1 or 2?

The first One I think. Total Crit Rate from everything + 25%
I’m not totally sure but I think that’s how it is xD

The first one.

Flat Critical Rate without SwiftStep: 219

With it: 274

Exactly +25% based on total included base DEX plus items.

I can confirm.

The 1st one.

I got total of 311 Crit Rate (Stats + Gears + Gems)

After Swift Step its 388
