dude its wooden kite shield dude…i suprise if those are beetleback or sage wall…but that is wooden kite shield…i can make lvl1 bow +23…just use a bit more money for lvl 15
It’s not about the money, not about the item and even not about the player… in fact he was quite a gentleman on that run.

We saw a kepa pendant +64 a while ago, remember? If something looks wrong, we have to come here and tell.
This shield could have been made by crashing channels but it is very unlikely. He could have just bought 100 of those shields and continue enhancing those until he got extremely lucky. Those shields are pretty much free and the enhancement cost very little.
I have guildies with +15 meteor shields and +18 vubbe weapons because they just enhance with their extra gold. I’m trying to make a +15 meteor shield as well. Highest I got was +14 and it only costed me 25k silver

It seems there is no limit on how high it goes in enhance.
But anything above +20 is VEEEERY UNLIKELY

2 star, white item…I’ve made probably at least 10 items like this to +21 while upgrading my main gear…its not hard nor expensive. Not to mention the sheer amount of +15 deathweaver items I’ve made, or +15 and higher saws.

dont be a bitch - clearly the OP was concerned about exploiting - he’s right if something is suspect report it, let the DEV’s sort it out.

this thread still not finish…its easy to +18 those…even if he use exploit…better use it on high level item…why risk getting ban by low level item…if u enchant alot u will know something…if the item pass + 9 without fail any those item likely have high change to ++ more than 15…but those item not come easily…out of 20-30 item maybe one…ive try so much lvl 1 weapon…if u fail at +9 u will likely dont get +10 ++…if u pass u can +10 ++
