Eh, close enough. It’s what I could find that was remotely close within 30 minutes.

Probably someone will find it since the mixture you’re looking for is tree+looking back at viewer+looking up at viewer+sleeping+3 girls+shade+sitting.

Actually, the pose reference might be obvious to some what the original is but who knows (In OP.).
