Would like to give my 2 cents suggestions on how we can deal with the current server situation on Klaipeda server.
I’m sure we would have read the many raging posts about the downtime and inability to even connect to many of the channels.
From the response from GMs it seems to be server side connectivity issues due to the large unplanned influx of players.
Now looking at the server population and load it seems rather apparent that Klaipeda and Orsha are both overloaded, the treeofsavior.com main page server status widget tells us this.

Prioritize on server transfers to Fedimian and Telsiail. I know the devs might still be figuring out how to make it work, but given one of the core problems seem to be the heavy traffic within the Kali/Orsha pipe, it would do good to start the transfer early and try to balance the load between the servers. The new servers came up 1 day after launch, this kinda makes the rationale of not creating a imbalance playerbase due to headstart a very minor sacrifice for the greater good. In fact the other servers might even have a better lead now due to the server downtimes and adhoc maintenance over the weekend.

Switch off resource expensive features. Now i’m not an expert and dont claim to be one but if there is a possibility to identify and switch off some of the features that are not core functionalities and are creating excessive load (maybe megaphones ?)

Limit new character creation on overloaded servers. Currently there is no way to tell if a server is overcrowded within the server selection screen other than the widget on the treeofsavior.com page, this could lead to a disaster once the game goes f2p.
Thanks
