We all know how much archers outside of AA and falc3 fare in the game (Even a trash rainbow can slaughter with t10 gears).
So, being an archer fan, here are some suggestions which I just felt should be there.
Disclaimer:
- These are all my fantasies as how i want them. Most of players who know me, know that i hate AA builds.
- So, pertaining to that, you will see some stuff in here which may trigger AA only players (not that i care).
- I won’t be mentioning stuff like " Pls increase base skill mod". I myself will be balancing out power I give with some disadvantage.
- Feel free to criticise
Archer
Oblique Shot:
Added attribute [Oblique: Extra Bounce]
Effect: 1% chance per attribute lvl to bounce the the main hit to an additional target. Max lv10.
Increases SP cost by 10%
Prerequisite: Oblique shot lv15.
Twin Arrow:
Added attribute [Twin: Slow Hunter]
Effect: Deals 20% per attribute lvl additional damage to the enemies having SLOW debuff. Max lv10.
Increases SP cost by 50%
Prerequisite: Twin Arrow lv5.
Ranger
Steady Aim:
Added attribute [Steady Aim: Duration]
Effect: Increases buff duration to 300 second. Doesn’t work if player has Limacon, Running Shot, Kneeling shot or bazooka buffs active.
Increases SP cost of all skills which do damage under this attributed buff by 10%.
Prerequisite: Steady Aim lv15.
High Anchoring:
Removed cast time.
Added attribute [Barrage: Burst]
Effect: Increases the damage done by barrage by 10% per attribute lvl to enemies affected by High Anchoring debuff. Max lv5.
Increases SP cost by 30%.
Prerequisite: High Anchoring lv10.
Bounce Shot:
Added attribute [Bounce Shot: Unshielded Demolisher]
Effect: Increases the damage done by Bounce Shot by 10% per attribute lvl to enemies not having a shield equipped. Max lv5.
Increases SP cost by 30%.
Prerequisite: Ranger c3.
Time Bomb Arrow:
Added attribute [Time Bomb Arrow: Hand cripple]
Effect: 1% chance per attribute lvl to inflict “AA silence” to the enemies hit by Timer Bomb Arrow explosion. Doesnt affect enemies under Kneeling and Bazooka buffs. Max lv10.
Increases SP cost by 50%.
Prerequisite: Ranger c3.
Spiral Arrow: I will wait for concrete info on multihit changes before saying something on this.
Sapper
Stake Stockades:
Added attribute [Stake Stockade: Splinters]
Effect: Upon detonating stake stockades (by anyone, even enemies), it creates splinters on ground which afflicts SLOW and BLEED for 5 seconds on enemies. Also deals damage equal to the damage done to enemy by detonate (1 hit only)upon stepping on the splinters (same as caltrops, doesnt not affect flying). Number of splinters= Skill lvl of stake stockades.
Increases SP cost by 100%.
Prerequisite: Sapper c2.
Spike Shooter:
Reduced CD to 25 seconds.
Hunter
Improve Pet AI.
Pointing:
Skill and related attributes deleted.
Praise:
Added critical chance effect.
Companion under effect of praise buff will have have 5% critical chance per skill lvl of praise.
Added attribute [Praise: Faithful companion]
Effect: Companion under effect of Praise will take any damage reflect on themselves and wont let it reach player. Works only when the damage getting reflected was done by hunter skills.
Increases SP cost by 30%
Prerequisite: Hunter c3 and Praise lv5.
Hyper Sense:
New skill added in hunter c3. Max lv5.
Companion automatically uses Rush dog on enemies who are in not on your back side every 7 seconds.
Damage done by rush dog under trigger of this skill will do 5% additional damage per skill lvl.
SP cost 0. Toggle type buff. Uses SP when Rush dog is used by companion successfully (at least 1 enemy takes damage). SP cost is Rush dog SP cost.
Growling:
Now affects players, bosses and summons. Players and Bosses doesnt get CC’d but still get growling debuff. Summons gets CC’d (even boss type summons).
Added attribute [Growling: Pointing]
Effect: Enemies under effect of growling will have their block and evasion reduced by 5% per skill lvl of growling. Inflicts SLOW for same duration as growling.
Increases SP cost by 30%.
Coursing:
Now affects Bosses. Doesn’t CC but gets the debuff for damage and attribute.
Retrieve:
Now affects Bosses. Doesn’t CC but gets the debuff for damage and attribute.
Added attribute [Retrieve: Armour]
Effect: Randomly removes 1 armour piece from target hit. Its returned back after 10 seconds or when companion gets stunned.
Increases SP cost by 50%
Prerequisite: Hunter c3
Snatching:
Now this skill will cancel the buffs Levitation and Hanging Shot when hitting the targets under those.
Hounding:
Added attribute [Hounding: Cower]
Effect: Enemies found after Hounding will not receive benficial buffs from allies for 10 seconds. Will not affect the buffs already received.(can still use and receive self buffs)
Increasses SP cost by 50%
Prerequisite: Hounding lv10
Wugushi
Added attribute [Guzooka]
Effect: Can use throw gu and jincan gu skills while under bazooka stance. Is not affected by damage buff but range increase is applied.
Prerequisite: Wugushi c3.
Added attribute [Harem Master]
Effect: Does 5% additional damage from Wugushi skills per number of opposite gender players in party.
Prerequisite: Wugushi c3.
Detox: This skill now caps at lv1.
Enchant Poison:
Added new skill at c2. Caps at lv10.
Effect: Adds + poison ele property dmg on character and pt mates. Scales from STR (I am too noob to think on exact formula).
Prerequisite: Wugushi c2.
Uses 50 + (10x skill lvl) poison pots. Uses 120 + (25x skill lvl) SP.
Added attribute [Enchant Poison: Spread]
Effect: Under the buff of enchant poison, poison spread aoe has no limit (MUAHAHA, FUG ALL PD).
Prerequisite: Wugushi c3
Increases SP cost by 30%. Increases Poison pot cost by 30%.
Bewitch:
Added attribute [Bewitch: Charm]
Effect: Bewitch now affects player type characters which are of opposite gender. Bewitch activates friendly fire. That is, the enemy using damage type skills can damage their allies.
Increases SP cost by 500%. Increases poison pot cost by 200%.
Prerequisite: Wugushi c2
Zhendu:
Added attribute [Zhendu: Bionic Warfare 1]
Effect: The enemies affected by Zhendu debuff will have all their potions usage disabled. This affect has 1 minute innate CD on 1 target.
Increases SP cost by 200% and poison pot cost by 100%
Prerequisite: Zhendu lv10.
Added attribute [Zhendu: Bionic Warfare 2]
Effect: The enemies affected by Zhendu debuff cannot be recover their HP and SP by any means whatsoever (no even by revive trigger). This affect has 1 minute innate CD on 1 target.
Increases SP cost by 500% and poison pot cost by 200%.
Prerequisite: Zhendu lv15) and [Zhendu: Bionic Warfare 1].
Scout
Flu Flu:
Now reduces CD by 2 second per skill lvl of Flu Flu.
Flare Shot:
Now reduces CD by 1 second per skill lvl of Flare Shot.
Added attribute [Flare Shot: Tickspeed]
Effect: Increases the damage ticks speed by 10%.
Increases SP cost by 30%
Prerequisite: Flare Shot lv10
Added attribute [Flare Shot: Immobilise]
Effect: 5% chance to PIN the enemies hit by Flare Shot on itself. Max lv5
Increases SP cost by 50%
Prerequisite: Flare shot lv15
Perspective Distortion:
Added attribute [Hallucination]
Effect: The enemies nearby the distortion have friendly fire triggered. Any skill they use after it can damage their own allies. Doesnt not affect the skills already casted beforehand.
Increases SP cost by 200%.
Prerequisite: Perspective Distortion lv10.
Split Arrow:
Added attribute [Split Arrow: Havoc Maker]
Effect: The enemies affected by Flu Flu will receive 10% additional damage per attribute lvl. Max lv5.
Increases SP cost by 50%.
Prerequisite: Flu Flu lv10.
Added attribute [Split Arrow: Pillage]
Effect: 3% per skill lvl chance of pillaging drops (more or less same as corsair pillage but just 1 skill)
Increases SP cost by 30%
Prerequisite: Cannot learn if player has Running Shot.
Added attribute [Split Arrow: Soul Split]
Effect: The summons getting hit by Split Shot has 1% chance per attribute lvl to instantly die (even boss type summons). Max lv5.
Increases SP cost by 100%
Prerequisite: Scout c3.
Appraiser
Forgery
Added attribute [Forgery: Black Market]
Effect: Can use Forgery skill during waiting time of TBL.
Prerequisite: Forgery lv5.
Rogue
Vendetta:
Added attribute [Vendetta:Bleed]
Effect: Enemy damaged by Vendetta will get BLEED for 5 seconds
Increases SP cost by 30%
Prerequisite: Vendetta lv10. Cannot be learnt if player has Limacon or Running shot skill.
Evasion:
Skill deleted.
Burrow:
Fix the issue of player bugging out under burrow when getting KB/KD.
Can now move under Burrow with 10 movement speed.
Added attribute [Burrow:Evasion]
Effect: 10% evasion chance per skill level of Burrow.
Consumes 50 SP per successful evasion.
Added attribute [Burrow: Underground Warfare]
Effect: Can use all Archer, Sapper, Wugushi, Scout, Rogue and Appraiser skills under burrow.
Increases SP cost by 50% of all skills used under burrow.
Prerequisite: Cannot be learnt if player has Running Shot skill.
Added attribute [Burrow: Underground Encounter]
Effect: Forcibly cancels self and target’s Burrow and Shadow Pool upon encountering them nearby.
Consumes 200 SP if triggered.
Fletcher
Added attribute [Demon Slayer]
Effect: All fletcher skills will do additional 50% damage on devil type monsters.
Crossfire:
Added attribute [Crossfire: Solar Flare]
Effect: Changes the AoE to a circle. But upon activation, the AoE will not hit flying type monsters.
Increase SP cost by 10%. Increases hail mary arrow consumed by 1.
Prerequisite: Crossfire lv10
Barbed Arrow:
Added attribute [Barbed Arrow: Balancer]
Effect: Changes the hits on armours types as- Ghost=1 hit; Rest other type= 2 hits.
Increases SP cost by 10%. Increases barbed arrow consumed by 1.
Prerequisite: Barbed arrow lv10.
Broadhead:
Added attribute [Broadhead: Haemorrhage]
Effect: Reduces the bleed ticks to 1 tick per 1.5 seconds but the duration is increased to twice. Also increases the bleed damage by 20%.
Increases SP cost by 10%. Increases broadhead consumed by 1.
Prerequisite: Broadhead lv10.
Added attribute [Broadhead: Card Fail]
Effect: Enemy under broadhead BLEED have all their card effects removed till they are under its effect.
Increases SP cost by 50%. Increases broadhead consumed by 4.
Bodkin Point:
Fix the incorrect defense reduction not applying properly.
Added attribute [Bodkin: Block Piercing]
Effect: Ignores block if target is under any block increasing buffs or stance. But doesn’t apply when such criteria is not met.
Increases SP cost by 200%. Increases bodkin arrow consumed by 4.
Prerequisite: Fletcher c3.
Added attribute [Bodkin: Remove Invulnerability]
Effect: Removes any kind of damage invulnerability buffs on target. Cannot remove the buffs more than 1 time per target per 30 seconds. Does not remove Missile Hole.
Increases SP cost by 100%. Increases bodkin arrow consumed by 4.
Prerequisite: Bodkin point lv15.
Magic Arrow:
Now does 10% additional damage to targets having SHOCK debuff.
Added attribute [Magic Arrow: Magic Scaling]
Effect: Adds 10% of total matk the player has to patk for damage calculation of magic arrow.
Increases SP cost by 10%. Increases magic arrow consumed by 1.
Prerequisite: Fletcher c2.
Added attribute [Magic Arrow: Heavy Defense Smash]
Effect: Ignores 5% of enemy’s pdef when equipped with crossbow type weapon.
Increases SP cost by 10%. Increases magic arrow consumed by 1.
Prerequisite: Fletcher c3.
Added attribute [Magic Arrow: Fire]
Effect: Does 50% additional damage to Earth type and petrified enemies.
Increases SP cost by 10%. Increases magic arrow consumed by 1.
Prerequisite: Fletcher c3
Divine Machine Arrow:
Added attribute [DMA: Elemental Shoot]
Effect: Does additional damage equal to target’s elemental property attack when equipped with bow type weapon. (target the ele atk of the target you hit 1st and not by explosion).
Increases SP cost by 20%. Increases dma consumed by 2.
Falconer
Not touching this. it is good enough. (after the rework).
Musketeer
Not touching this. it is good enough. (after the rework).
Hackapell

Mergen
Parethian Shaft:
Added attribute [Parethian: Unbuffer]
Effect: Randomly removes 1 buff per attribute lvl from the targets getting hit. Max lv5. (can remove limacon and running shot)
Increases SP cost by 100%
Prerequisite: Parethian Shaft lv10
Homing Arrow:
Now this skill cannot be dodged/evaded.
Added attribute [Homing Arrow: Shield Avoidance]
Effect: 20% chance for Homing arrow to ignore block.
Increases SP cost by 100%.
Prerequisite: Homing Arrow lv10
Jump Shot:
Added attribute [Jump Shot: Invulnerability]
Effect: When the in air, player is immune to all damage.
Increases SP cost by 50%.
Prerequisite: Jump shot lv5.
Added attribute [Ranger Speciality]
Effect: Upon landing, 1% chance per attribute lvl to cast barrage skill. If unlearnt barrage then lv1 barrage will be used. This cast will have no delay. Max lv10.
Increases SP cost by 30%.
Prerequisite: Mergen c2
Added attribute [Jump Shot: Anti Safety Zone]
Effect: If the target who got hit by Jump Shot was under effects of SZ, its effects will be ignored.
Increases SP cost by 100%
Prerequisite: Mergen c2
Down Fall:
Added attribute [Down Fall: Anti-Summon]
Effect: Does twice the number of hits on summon type targets.
Increases SP cost by 30%.
Prerequisite: Mergen c2.
