IMC wouldnt it be more practical if Block Penetration apply to STR stat? rather than SPRT which mages and cleric gets when they already can cast magic.
I thought that Block Penetration being on SPR was meant to diversify the stat builds of the classes since Magic doesn’t seem to be blockable or evadable.
Yes Wiz can go SPR but they would only gain the benefit of Magic Def and SP increase. Everyone else who relies on Physical attacks can get more SP, Magic Def, and Block Penetration to help against tanky builds (and maybe bosses later on)

i don’t think so because except the tank others physical attack class put tons of points in Str and in PVE creeps can’t block, right? So if you mean in PVP then you’ll see no tanker then. 
Monks and Pallies don’t have a problem with getting SPR since Cleric tree has some pretty usefull buffs for physical classes that scales with it.
Also, moving block pen to STR would kill the purpose to have block stat to begin with. Block counters physical damage, why “naturally” give P.Atk. users the answer for their problems??
