I used to play RO, and there you can see your party members on the minimap with colored squares. I think that’s usefull.
You may consider to apply that.

There already is a thing on minimap to show where your party members are if they’re in the same map.
Yes, but it shows the name of themember on a really small font, and you need to open “M” to see this right 
I think we need soething more fast, like use some color.
