we all here hate bots, they constantly swarm some fields and killing mobs without a single thought but now we got this new Report Bot option but this wont instantly solve our problems cuz it will take some time to evaluate the report before getting them ban…
now i suggest when people report a bot with the new option, along reporting to the GMs this will also trigger a captcha on the bot’s screen instantly
How this Works
if they didnt answer it correctly or didnt even respond after a certain amount of time has passed, they’re gonna get a debuff that lets people to attack them (aka PK) so that they can kill them and stopping them in the process (well at least if they respawn)
Some example Precautions i made:

if the person responds the captcha, then they will not able to get any captchas from the report button after a certain duration of time (ex. 30mins+) to prevent dumb people spamming it to good players for harrasment

dumb people who abuse this on other people for harrasment will get punished, like you randomly reported like every person you see but they always answered and proved that theyre not a bot will get you the debuff (as a warning) or a ban

you can report multiple times (to evaluate to the GMs) but to send people captchas will have a cooldown (like you send 1 captcha to one person, and you have to wait 30secs-1min+ to send someone a captcha again), to prevent like that one guy spamming report to everyone in a Field Boss or something

if you got reported multiple times already, but you proved already that your not a bot for like 10 times in a row, you get immunity from report captchas

but if you afk (like standing in a corner just to get a drink) and accidentally got the PK debuff, well its a risk, but if the GMs evaluated your account and they proved that you dont have any botting activity, then the one who reported you for the misuse of the report button will get punished

the PK debuff will have a long duration, so if you killed them and respawned, they will still have the debuff

the PK debuff will stay even if you changed channels and change maps, it is also an account wide debuff so even if u changed chars, the buff still stays… only cure is to wait it out till the buff expires

captchas will only appear on fields, so towns, dungeons, arenas (for PVP stalling abuse) are excluded from report bots
anyway those are my examples, im pretty sure people or the devs can come up a better precautions or at least a triggerable captcha to the bots
