if it’s always an PD in your team that will not be a problem. But it’s not, lol
blood letting got nerf duration which is good and it’s does not almost prema buff like before
but look at this new subzero shield buff and what ? it’s sound fair ? no
Either way, its only truly annoying in duels and small skirmishes.
GvGs and those ranked battle things in KR will probably always have a PD.
Also the damage outputs of cryos aren’t really extremely high unless they have an activator for ice walls.
In the end its all about getting gud :^)

and cryo dmg “aren’t really extremely high” but prema cc will fk people up which is much worse and their dmg is not even weak also.

For duel and GvsG, dispeller scoll pretty much negated most of Cryo skillset.

But if it’s arena then just hope that you have a PD.
You can always have some spr instead of full con if you truly intend to go solo PvP without pd.

Have you noticed that cryo is the only blue class in the entire wizard class tree? Subzero is actually pretty underwhelming in pve. Pvp could use some rebalancing, sure. Theres a lot of cases like this as far as pvp goes.

it will be fine if it’s like 15s duration and 45s cd but it’s 45/45
it’s not about the class 's role it’s the problem from the cc mechanic and the skill itself
Except 3 to 1 con to spr is actually a legit build in gvg or small scale skirmish.

Weird, I’ve had Subzero-Shield Lv10 with maxed extra duration attribute for a month, yet it doesn’t have 100% up-time. IIRC it’s like 5 seconds short ;O
