I saw alot of guys doing arts with print screen and NPC artworks and looks no one matters… WHY?

it means you drew it by copying other fanart
ppl who submitted artworks of print screen or redesigned official artworks are still able to call “Fanart” as they still designed it in their own way, not just copy others like you, bro 
No point to argue with angry kid that call “tracing art” a real art… also tracing isnt creative at any point (not worth creative soul title)
He could at least prove his skills and finish this art instead of offend ppl

I will not comment anything about the art itself.
Just that, after one puts something on a public forum, one has to be aware that anyone has the right to express their opinions/ideas/critics about said thing (in this case, an “artwork”).
If they are good or bad ones, it doesn’t matter. Being an artist, one should, at least, be prepared for the critics or the fans.
So, if you can’t handle/don’t like criticism from others involving what you do, I can just say… it might not be for you.
Anything that @iTeddy, @Therra, and @Chili said has their own points and thoughts.
So, questions like, “Who are you to say something”, look really childish.
