I’m not much into using the ToS Forum, but since there’s an (other) art contest, i decided to participate and take a look on some other artist’s art.
And wow, seeing that your art wasn’t chosen really bothers me (to the point of making a comment about it!). Not only your style is gorgeous, but the color pallete that you’ve used is also wonderful - it’s so colorful, yet it doesn’t have that excessive contrast.
I specially love her hair and her face. Her hair looks so simple, so natural, that it really makes me believe that i could do that in like, 10 minutes! But i know that i couldn’t do that even in a week haha. It’s utterly charming. And so is her face. She looks so warm, welcoming and kind, and these eyes really drags our attention. I also loved her mouth, it looks kinda of natural, not a forced expression, and as an artist, it’s one of my biggest difficulties (yes, i know how to draw proper hands hehe).
The white powder on her hand might give a little bit of a bad impression, tho. I know right that it’s buff-related, but “selling some white powder” is something that kinda bothered me hehe, sorry.
By the way i’d love to see more of your artwork! And maybe even do an art-trade with ya one day!! Hope that you make an entry on this new art contest!!
