Stuck in loading screen

Bug Description :
Tried getting in my 2nd and 3rd dungeon for the day (lvl 145) and both of them got stuck at loading screen, roughly around 2/3. Used up all my dungeons for the day. And fck. I tried closing the game, and try to re-enter auto search party, still stuck. Closed Steam and logged in again, re-enter auto search party, still stuck. I figured 1 dungeon entry can be wasted, so I tried a new search party, and lo and behold. Got stuck again. 2 out of 3 entries wasted.

Note: I can log in without any problems, select my character, and find myself outside the dungeon.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

Auto search party, get stuck 2/3 in loading.
Restart client, re-enter auto-search, get stuck again 2/3.
Repeat step 2, still get stuck 2/3.
Repeat from 1, rinse and repeat.

All our characters are working except for 1 particular character

Stuck at Demon Prison 5
Restarted PC
Closed game and relaunched game 5 times or more I think
Tried other toons everything else working except one

Stuck in Vilna Forest loading screen. None of the channels work.

Please help my Character is Stuck at 70% Loading Screen was going to Orsha and then it wont load other Characters has no problem only my Main.

again my Character is Stuck at 70% Loading Screen I just opened today it was Unstuck already but when I tried to Leave Orsha going to “Way to Linked Bridge” it got Stuck again at 70% I never experienced this issue on Klaipeda Server… Please do something with Orsha I purchased Token and I can’t use my Character I suggest a Refund or Transfer to a New Account. I wish to move Server, Telsiai is too laggy and buggy.

Help my character has also been stuck in the loading screen. I tried to restart and validate the game copy and none of it works. Other characters seems to be working just fine.

Joining the boat, having the same probem.

all my other 4 characters can be access but not my 5th toon. Stuck on loading screen

p/s : i have my Arde Dagger equiped with this toon and now i can’t swap it to another character when I want to level up another character.

This already happens more than one month . When the error occurs in the load have to wait or is trying to connect for 30 to 50 minutes

Very disappointing to play that way. The error is not in your or my connection because the same error occurs on another machine that game and that is another connection
