Stuck at loading screen with music playing

Gameplay Bug Report Connection / Game Crash

Date and Time : 7th April 2:08PM GMT+8

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Tried both

Bug Description : Loading screen stuck at about 70% with the music BGM playing (miner’s town BGM). Unable to control anything of click anything. I’m actually inside the game when this happen (according to ingame friend party)

I have done pretty what this guy did except he’s been stuck for days.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Start TOS
  2. Log in server
  3. Select character
  4. Stuck at loading screen 70% with BGM (miner’s town)

One more thing. It’s either the loading screen or a white screen with BGM. Still stuck.

I solved the issue by choosing channel 1. I usually don’t choose earlier channels because they’re crowded.

Hope this lasts.

I suggest to everyone that have this problem to try on every channel.
