block rate vs archer is 50 % if using glass bracelet goes to 30 % , melee I never block

with QS 's shield block passive it even block a lot without con and that passive only work against range attack
btw with only 150 CON it’s not really a big number since it’s easy to get 200 block pen via equipments
but against full CON wizard is totally different that 's why STR got buff to get block pen to make archer and dps swordman better against wiz and cleric full to high CON build
I agree about breaking builds of fullcon but could have other means as teams , and buffing scale damage attack with STR
My fear is that only FULLCON can block now, and you distribute the points 150 to base 170 may be weak , so there is only FULL FULL STR FULLCON SPR and can not do build as you study

stone skin already gives 400 flat block and it scale with SPR also
so it’s kind of a nerf against stone skin
against much high block stuff like

or cross guard from lander
it’s very hard to block pen since those skill gives an massive of block rate
so, work in this skills for pvp, broke game stats is a wrong way to do, i think this became a negative way
for pvp yes it is a boost for those people while the one who uses block got a counter/nerf
for pve i think this is really needed as it is really hard to grind or do quest on a mob that has a high block (from a poor player and not the players who has item that gives block pent)
it’ll take a lot of time before they patch something like a pvp/pve stat system that has its own mechanic like block pent on pve str and no block pent on pvp str or just 1 block pent every 3 str
i hope they will ajust this balance, like STR = 0.2 Block pen, or something like this
there are no mobs with high block except that hogma map (those with shield), i forgot it’s name hogma captain or warrior, can’t rmb it correctly
