Block is currently useless
Shield is just an ornament after the changes in STR

swaaz have like 20000 block, doggeydoo have 500 block penatration, i hit him 100% in TBL
man, I cant hit a thing on swords. archer pvp sucks. It would be better if there was a limit to block, and evasion too, I mean, in %. Like 50% limit.
