Developers fault for starting it first.
Still, devs should start outsourcing because it is clearly obvious they canĀ“t handle (or fix) the system issues.
They are better content devs than system or network devs, which is not a shame (to save face kr way) because game is content pretty [bgm, texture, art, chars, structure, etc]. There are plenty of dev shops abroad (esp at the US)ā¦ Probably they are trying to do things far outside their bounds and expertise, and forcing a do-it-all is hurting their whole businessā¦
Relax imc devs. You donĀ“t have to face alone the failures of your system(s) and network(s), which is not (entirely) your fault, but managementĀ“s. There is plenty of help abroad. You just have to call/cry management and pleand/ask them to search for outside help. Keep it as secret if you have to (to avoid a brand devaluation).
This game has charisma because it isnĀ“t perfect, and as a tree it keeps mending itself, but bad management can kill it faster than players leaving.
