hello, i’m actually making a fletcher but i’m quite worried that i won’t be able to stand the skill delay that afflicts this class, after asking many fletchers in game(thx guys) i understood that the delay is related to having to use items(arrows) ,that it depends on the ping to server, and that the more a server go on without maintenance the worst the delay is.
This made me even more worried and while playing on my QS i realized that i had stone shot, a skill that uses an item(stone) and has no cd! so the question is, does stone shot works the same as fletcher skills? is the delay the same? i never used stone shot much so i don’t know how it was in the past but i tried it today and it works good i guess:
skill>character stops>animation>free to move
time used around 0.5second
but we had a maintenance yesterday(or was it the other day? w/e) so i’ll have to try again some time after a maintenance. what do you think?
i’m also thinking if this is the way IMC wanted these skills to work, i mean oblique shot, split shot etc works even while you move while stone shot/fletcher skills require you to stand still. if this is because of a ping/server problem…well that’s very sad
