okay, so ive got this problem when i was patching my tos client, when it reached 50% of the patch, it suddenly got an error, then when i relaunched it, Steam is suddenly redownloading it(but this time it’s only 3.8gb)… here’s the screenshot. http://i.imgur.com/CdFPxLn.jpg?1
It’s 3.8 GB pre-patched. The size will get bigger after patching so I hope you don’t need to worry.

so, any idea why did it redownload? it’s kinda annoying since ive got slow connection 
I download it … 5.2 GB , then 272.2 MB update
and it’s working now @@ … but of course the server is closed .

people in your country need to SUE your own providers for making all of you suffered, i mean… cmon… its 2015, 10 or 20gb shouldnt be a problem these days
1k pesos for 1mbps, its basically uhh, 21$? ikr, idk these people are stupid, theyre contented with this slow connection. If i got the chance, i will def leave this place.

Holy meow. That’s way too expensive. 
I’m getting a 7 Mbps connection for $10 / mo though the Internet in my country is like getting cut to foreign countries 6 or 7 times a year, each time needs up to a month to fix. 
I hope your connection will be good to go for the international server.

well for your comparison only, im just paying 40$ a month for 20mbps… and below that there’s an option for 10mbps, and its just 25$…
too much corruption in your provider, no dont leave your place, philippines is a nice country, but leave your provider for sure, or like ive said before, SUE THEM, you have no idea with what people power can do
the problem is, every provider here are all like that- so idk man… and fibr connection here is so rare.
I don’t think suing work like that around here in SEA countries. 
It’s a lot more than just the corruption from a provider, it’s a whole system I believe.

So apparently after patching my client, when trying to open steam, it redownloads everything same like @KuroharraYangkuro. Can somebody tell me what’s happening? 'Cos I don’t wanna waste more time trying to patch.
