Hello. I’ve been trying out some ideas on archer builds after having my love for wizards killed due to some recurring issues on build path since the beta. But that aside
I want opinion on these 2 builds. Details included after each link.
Ok so this is the generic archer 3 > scout 3 build. I’m not sure on how popular this will be considering how painful it is to level. It focuses on spamming split arrow with twin arrows on pve, having access to crit bonuses from swift step. On pvp, this build focus around finding proper positioning to nuke targets with cannon shot or getting good aoe with siege burst and cannon blast, as well as getting out of invisibility to interrupt dangerous casts with heavy shot.
This rogue build focus on finding proper positioning to deal damage on pve based on skill casts with positioning from sneak attack, aided by flu flu and cloaking, as well as the vendetta/broadhead combo.
On pvp, this build focus arund finding proper positioning with cloaking to get the most out of sneak hit, with stone shot as a stun meaning to set up a vendetta/broadhead assassinate. Capture feint and lachrymator are situational utilities for pvp.
I’m not sure on any of this builds’ consistency and reliability on both pvp and pve, and I’d like some feedback as to how well or how poorly they scale into end-game.
That aside bringing more the sustained dps with the cannon low cds, I expect the first one to be a lot easier to pull off consistently on pve, but having a little bit of a hard time executing its win conditions properly on pvp. The second one revolves around a big burst combo with a filler crit bonus in-between, but i’m not sure if it’s gonna be just a liability on pve modes, as well as having a really high skill-cap for pvp modes…
