Stats for an archer?

I’d like to run archer > ranger > ranger > scout > rogue x 3, does anyone know a good stat set up (for archers or my build in general)? Please put it into ratios. I’ve been trying to search this stuff up but couldn’t find an updated answer.

every 10 lvls
2/3rd str (6pts)
1/3rd con (3pts)
1 pt dex or w.e u want

Your build would benefit more with Full STR and some 30-50 CON

follow idreamy guide, just dont follow its build.

TL;DR full strength, min max items, u should be doing fine with effective crit rate and generally at least 11k hp

#Stat Allocation

For your build and almost any physical damage build my stat suggestion is as follows:

Strength is stronger than Dexterity until approximately 500-600
physical attack, give or take a little based on your build, however this
is a very good general Strength/PAtk pre-crit requirement. At which
point:

Dexterity is now stronger than Strength until approximately 500
critical rate. If your build included Archer2 for the increased
25% critical rate you would only need about 400, perhaps you could settle for
as little as 350, BEFORE Swift Step. Keep in mind this is for PvE soft cap, and since your build seems more PvP oriented you may decide to go almost full dexterity due to crit rate being directly negatively affected by enemy crit resistance and the added benefit of additional evasion.

Once you have reached the level 280 PvE soft cap of approximately 500 critical rate self-buffed, Strength becomes permanently stronger than
Dexterity.

Intellect and Spirit are both obviously useless for damage output and survivability.

Constitution is a very difficult stat to balance, especially considering I’m assuming your build is primarily for PvP, and truthfully you may want to get your hands on a Stat Reset Potion and save it until you are level 280 and have first-hand experience in endgame content and PvP to decide whether you need more or less CON. As a general rule I would suggest no less than 50 CON and no more than 100. That being said, you really only need as much as you’re comfortable with, and may decide to not put any in. That’s fine in theory, but keep in mind you do 0 damage while eating dirt.

TL;DR in your case I would likely recommend a ratio somewhere along the lines of:

1 Str : 1 Con : 5 Dex

###Disclaimer:

Some builds do not necessarily follow the above listed stat priority. For example, Wugushi does not scale to dex/crit rate at all, so therefore strength is always stronger for a Wugushi. Where as Cannoneers scale so pitifully to Strength/PAtk that you may decide to continue stacking dex/crit rate beyond the recommended 500 self-buffed crit rate just for more reliable critical hits.

The above listed stat priority is not perfect but is a very good general stat suggestion.

I’m not about to get into a pissing contest on the forums with some ignorant random over stat weights, especially since he’s not entirely wrong per se, but in order to offer better or more advice we would need to know how you plan to place your skills in Rogue, @henrypopz.

Sneak Hit isn’t exactly reliable but it is added crit rate nonetheless, and backstab already has a great crit rate multiplier.

That being said, Vendetta offers you enough strength to where between it and the base physical damage you’ll pick up on your Crossbow plus ability damage, you could likely get away with 0 strength investment.

I guess you should rest assured that so long as you have roughly 100-150+ dexterity, which I do somewhat agree with superb on, though I would consider 100-150 more of a minimum rather than a maximum, but a good rough number nonetheless, it doesn’t overly matter where the rest of the points are spent, be it strength for the burst or constitution for the survivability; the great thing about PvP builds is nobody can really tell you that you’re doing it wrong, so long as whatever you’re doing is working for you.
