Well, for one, you do have my sympathy @daays Sorry this has happened to you. However, I feel that requesting your account to be released on the forum is simply futile. I donāt believe any company would conduct their business over a public forum but I could be wrong. So I feel like you have three choices:
-
Submit a ticket for an appeal. By the effort you have put into making this thread, I feel like that you honestly want to continue to play TOS, thus this might be a solution to your problem.
-
Create a new character from scratch. This is probably the option I will pick. Since I work full time and the money I spent on ToS is kind of like pocket change, I would just start over if I am still having fun with the game. (Of course be more cautious this time around.)
-
Quit the game all together. Can go play something else that peeks your interests. Maybe Herowarz? That game just went into Beta. I am personally waiting for Closers Online and Soulworker myself.
I hope these advice helps. Nevertheless, I do want to mention this: even though you feel like you have been unjustly banned, the final say is still left with IMC and their employees. This is because IMC can ban anyone no matter if it is just or not. After all, this game belongs to them. Like any MMO, in TOSā Term of Service and EULA, there is a clause that states that IMC has the right to terminate the game for their consumer at any given moment without reasoning. And by downloading and playing TOS, you agreed to this clause.
