I have qs3 wugu3 mergen, If I would have a circle reset, I would scrap qs3 off, its pretty fun and good early game till 260 or so, but in the new content you’d either have AOE and contribute to the party with some good burst or you’d be the one slowing the party down.
Go with the personal preference you guys are talking about, since early game is reallllyyyy fun for qs3, when you hit r8 you then feel useless because of lack of strong aoe attack. the 25k per AA you talking about is no match with a ranger3sr3 having retreat shot even at 10-15k damage but AOE.
For party play and end game content ET & 315, most would prefer r3>sr3 than a qs3>sr3 any day
It actually get worse at mergen 2 seeing there’s a 0 cd RAPID fire.

Sr 3 reminds me of my lancer, both classes have weird unclear mechanics
im going to take my QS 3 sr to ET with my guild anyway, this is because i know how QS work and i know how strong it can get.
We don’t have meltsis in the group but we do have a linker so when the skills are on CD i would use running shot for the damage

SR is actually more or less a stand alone class so it’s pretty ok.
What you threw in front doesn’t really affect that much. The more core skill is actually swift step

yea since i didnt see ranger as a “requirement” for an SR for ET or 315, and seeing synjin proves that, I picked QS, if ranger 3 doesn’t bore you i would go that route.
That being said i believe imc at one point will have to clearly explain some of these mechanics.

We will see how it gets deliver as time pass down. So far alot of things have been revamp and uncertain. Who knows 1 day you have a riding class with SR advancing to a riding double Rifle + pistol stance LOL.

yeah you have no other choice anyways, since you already started with your qs3 already, and you have a guild to help around without being biased on class when it comes to ET and stuffs

yea my standards can be confused some time as i have different ways to call stuffs (like T0 T1 and T2 modifiers), i guess its like what uni says, hallf channeling might do. because its not like PP that lock you to hold the button (which is defenitely channeling), also not the same as barbs Pouncing, it does made you hold the button for the duration, but you are freely able to move.

If I choose the Ranger3 route, how good would I be in GvG? Because my guild has started to do GvG and I don’t want to be useless 
Yes, I know QS3 would be better but I would like to know more about ranger-schwarzer for PvP (or GvG only).
Qs3 is definitely better than ranger in most aspects when it comes to player vs player but ranger won’t be too bad since you still will outrange almost everyone with your SR skills. Ranger 3 isn’t requires for endgame but in a way it actually works out better for.me to be more mobile when dealing DPs especially when some bosses just nuke you during the short duration of charging up concentrated fire because you aren’t moving around.
The biggest downside of QS SR is probably the cost of having to get a highly upgraded know and pistol to maximize your DPs vs just focusing on your pistol and relying on the steady aim buff.
About stats someone told me to get: 100-130 STR 60-80 CON rest DEX to avoid being blocked constantly in pvp. Is that stat build OK for pvp and pve?

This is probably the most important thing to mention to OP, because on paper it definitely does not seem this way, but absolutely is the case in practice.
As a ranger my burst is great, but nothing is more infuriating than having skills like snipe interrupted by a QS/SR.
