Buffs the attack speed ? I can’t tell by the video.
No clue. Have not seen many SR & hackerpal yet.
The only thing haste does to retreat shot is make it waste more hits. What boosts retreat shot’s attack speed is quicken, and afaik, dash boosts movement speed and not attack speed
