I asked him something and here is some of his explanation :
Regarding DPS, Cannoneer deal much more damage then Fletcher C3, you can compare any skill from both classes and see it by yourself. Coz all Cannoneer skills have Static bonus damage AND basik damage multiplier, in some cases x1.5 and in some x3. And you don’t need to go 2:1 STR:DEX, just having 500 basic attack will result in HUGE damage output. For example top skill Cannon Blast will deal 6200 with 500 attack, but you will have at least twice more damage when you equip weapon. Also worth to mention another good addition to build such as Steady Aim +20% Missile damage +100 damage from level 50 attribute and Bodkin Point that reduce PDEF by 55%.
