Am I the only one or spiral arrow isn’t that great for the “Ultimate” ranger skill, I mean it’s OK but my level 5 multi shot deals as much damage, the only difference is the 1sec casting time, but multishot CD is like 3 times shorter.
Or maybe I’m doing something wrong, i’m dex built, maybe it as something to do with this? Both skills usually crits cause of their respective attribute, but honestly i’m not impressed :-/
It’s a burst skill, more suited IMO as a kill skill for PVP or taking out priority targets in PVE. The cooldown alone gives that away. For what it’s worth though, it hits like a truck and it definitely hits harder than multi shot 5.
I usually reserve it for overkills on flying field mobs and while not as good as multi shot or twin arrows for bosses, it still insta cast, so hey at least there’s that. Also, when you’re with a linker, try to reserve it for links too.
